  • 3. No Return Accepted : Returns will not be accepted if the material has been tampered with, altered, or replaced by the buyer post-delivery.
  • 4. Concern Window : No refund will be initiated if the buyer raises concerns more than 10 days after delivery.
  • 5. Selected Product Replacement : Replacement is available only on selected products, and is subject to approval based on material integrity and original packaging.
  • 6. Refund Timeline : Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days via the original mode of payment.
  • 7. Non-Retail Policy : OMCHEM LABS operates strictly in the pharmaceutical B2B sector. We do not sell to retail or individual consumers.
  • 8. Product Handling Responsibility : All products must be handled only by authorized and trained personnel with appropriate safety protocols in place.
  • 9. No Liability for Misuse : OMCHEM LABS is not responsible for any unauthorized use or unsafe handling of products post-delivery.
